Always trying new things and finding the balance in life!
Hi, I’m Maria!
It’s so lovely to meet you!
Friends often describe me as open-hearted, kind, and empathetic. I’m grateful to create spaces where people feel comfortable, seen, and able to be themselves. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, with a genuine openness to their unique stories and experiences. I’ve been seen as an “energizer bunny,” making even challenging things look effortless, but for me, that energy comes from my passion for helping you achieve your true potential.
In my free time, I love exploring movement in all its forms myself! Depending on the season, you might find me lifting weights, sprinting, jumping, dancing, practicing Pilates, yoga, or calisthenics, cycling, swimming or rock climbing. Nature grounds me, so hiking and ocean swims are a big part of my life. I thrive on experimenting with new skills and pushing my boundaries. My philosophy is that we’re always learning, growing, and evolving, and I bring that approach to both my personal life and my work.
As a physiotherapist, I specialize in women’s health, pelvic floor health, and movement. I’m here to partner with you in learning how your body works and in developing a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. My goal is to offer you a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can focus on your health journey, wherever it leads.
